The QAD Explore 2016 customer conference was held in Chicago from May 2-5 and Eagle Consulting & Development was delighted to participate as a Gold Sponsor. Jetting into the Windy City, Eagle Europe’s Robert Freeman and Craig Gallant attended the four-day conference that is designed to connect QAD’s global community of leading manufacturers.
With over 800 in attendance, the event featured presentations and keynote speeches from industry innovators, ERP specialists and manufacturing experts and was the perfect opportunity to network with key industry figures and QAD executives keen to look at the future of the industry and the future of ERP and manufacturing solutions. Most importantly it gave QAD and Eagle end customers the opportunity to network with each and understand how these organisations are using these solutions to maximise benefit within their operations.
Eagle is QAD’s strategic partner in Automated Data Collection and bar coding solutions and RF Express has been deployed around the world in both on premise and QAD Cloud environments.
In conjunction with US-based QAD consultants, Logan Consulting, Eagle held a dinner event for over a hundred worldwide customers and partners on Tuesday, 3rd May at the prestigious Howells & Hood restaurant, situated at the base of the city’s iconic Tribune Tower in downtown Chicago on Michigan Avenue’s Magnificent Mile. With 114 different craft beers on tap, a superb modern American menu to choose from and the fantastic music of the Will Tilson Band to listen and dance to, this was certainly the perfect way for our friends and colleagues to unwind after a full day at Explore!
Two full days of QAD presentations concluded with a dinner event held on the Wednesday at the venerable House of Blues venue on North Dearborn Street, with delegates enjoying a Blues’ Brothers themed evening, with food and live music. As ever, a great way to end what was another exciting and productive QAD conference. Roll on Detroit 2017!
